Plaintiffs, James Byrd, Jr. and Darrell Byrd (“Plaintiffs”), individually and on behalf of all other similarly situated individuals (collectively referred to as, “Class Members” or the “Class”), by and through undersigned counsel, hereby file this Class Action Complaint, based on Plaintiffs’ personal knowledge and upon information and belief as to the Class, against Defendants, McDonald’s USA LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and McDonald’s Corporation, a Delaware corporation (collectively, “McDonald’s” or “Defendants”), and allege as follows:
