In a first-of-a-kind tool, the Strategic Organizing Center (SOC) launches Amazon Workers United for Safety, an action hub for Amazon workers organizing to improve safety conditions at Amazon warehouses and other facilities across the US. On the website, workers can search for injury data from the past five years by facility or by region, browse recent research on Amazon’s injury crisis produced by the SOC and other allies, and access resources about relevant federal and state laws to fuel their fights. In addition, current and former Amazon workers can directly share their own stories about safety concerns, injuries and successful fightbacks with other Amazon workers across the country.
